Sales Director

With over 15 years of experience in the property sector, Guy's journey in real estate began in Sheffield in 2009. Throughout this time, he has built a reputation based on integrity, trust, professionalism, and an unwavering commitment to hard work.

Before founding Highgates, Guy honed his expertise at two of London’s premier real estate firms, where he had the privilege of advising on the sale of some of the city's most exquisite homes, achieving record-breaking transactions.

While Guy's passion for property and architecture spans far and wide, his true calling lies in connecting with people and forging lasting relationships. Guy foresees that the real estate landscape in the UK is evolving, and the old model simply doesn’t work anymore. Today's sellers and buyers seek a more personalised service, preferring direct interactions over dealing with multiple staff members. This understanding led Guy back to Sheffield to establish Highgates, a brand dedicated to providing bespoke, one-on-one service.

Jamal Khan has been in the Sheffield property market for over a decade. His early career saw him running a successful property lettings and management portfolio in Sheffield, and more recently, he has assisted a national developer to transform disused office spaces into residential homes.
